Operated by RICS, SKA Rating is an environmental assessment tool for sustainable fit-outs. Recently featured in the UK Government’s Low Carbon Action Plan, SKA rating is an environmental assessment method, benchmark and standard for non-domestic fit-outs, led and owned by RICS.
How it works:
The offices scheme consists of more than a hundred ‘good practice’ measures covering energy and CO2 emissions, waste, water, materials, pollution, wellbeing and transport.
